Our standing enterprise-grade implementation capacity

This is the work we do every week. Everything below is a real implementation: scoped, staffed and delivered to the standard a regulator, an auditor or a board will hold it to. None of it is a proof of concept.

With AI doing the assembly, all of it moves fast. And with more than 500 implementations behind us, the speed does not cost you accuracy. We have almost certainly met your requirement before.

Scope and timelines

Nowadays, it only takes a week to implement enterprise-grade software

The same scope, planned twice. Above is how we deliver it now, with the agents doing the assembly and every build workstream running at once. Below is what that same work took when it was built conventionally: and still does, nearly everywhere else.

Without AI
3–18 monthsdepending on scale

Sequential phases, one system at a time, and a discovery cycle before any of it starts.

Typical enterprise applicationOne platform, a handful of integrations, one reporting obligation3–6 months
3–6 months
Large-scale applicationMany entities, many systems, many obligations at once12–18 months
12–18 months
In practice 7 days to a month against 3–6 months, or 12–18 at large scale

Eight days is the plan when the scope is clean. Anything with unusual data, an awkward integration or a regulator with its own format lands inside the month. Work you do not need comes out of the plan and off the price. None of this is a fixed package.

How we work

Clear scope. Real people. No surprises.

A dedicated solution architect works with you from start to finish. You’ll always know who is working on your project, what we’re building, and what to expect.

01 · UNDERSTAND

We learn how you work

We spend up to two weeks with your team to understand your current process. Together, we agree on what the platform will do, and what it won’t.

02 · BUILD

We configure first, then build

If the platform can already do it, we configure it for you. If something new is needed, our team builds it into your own platform and documents what was done.

03 · HANDOVER

Your team takes over

We train your team, provide the documentation, and stay with you during the transition. The goal is simple: your team should be able to make the next change themselves without needing us.

How we price

Our process and review is automated, so you can get a quick estimate

Scoping asks the same three questions every time: what the expert work is, what the technology and AI work is, and how it has to be deployed. That is what produces the number, and it is why you get a first figure in days rather than weeks.

Automated

Quick estimate

No meeting required. This part runs on the scoping form.

  1. 01
    Scoping

You tell us what you deliver, to whom, and under which obligations. The Komplee and OpsCon forms ask different questions.

  2. 02
    Software development assessment

We assess the knowledge work, the technology work, the AI work and every component that has to be built, configured or connected.

  3. 03
    Deployment options

We assess how it should be deployed, tenancy, environments, integrations, data residency, and what each option carries.

  4. 04
    Proposal

You get one-off fees, subscription fees and AI credits if the build needs them, listed separately so you can see what each part costs.

Final commercials

Only once you want to proceed.

  1. 05
    Proposal is reviewed manually

A solution architect goes through the estimate line by line, corrects anything the assessment read wrong, and re-sends it as final commercials.

  2. 06
Deal is made, application is activated

Terms are signed and your application is switched on. The implementation plan on this page starts from that date.

Typically 3–5 working days from your go-ahead to signed final commercials. Nothing in phase one commits you to any of it.
Commercials

Priced by scope, not by seat-time

Work is quoted as a fixed scope with a written process for changing it, so a longer build does not quietly become a bigger invoice. Subscription and managed-run agreements are annual and you can cancel them. See platform pricing →

Integration

We connect with the systems you already use

We can connect your existing business systems, such as ERP, utility meters, and HR systems. If your system isn’t already supported, we can connect it through our API.

Every integration is tested to make sure the data matches and works correctly.

Scope and engagement

Start with the scoping form for your platform

Two forms, because the questions are different. The Komplee form asks about frameworks, entities and what you have to report. The OpsCon form asks about hazards, assets, limits and who has to be told.
