Ask OpsCon is a floating chat on every page of the client’s app, with the general OpsCon Agent and the experts you create as its modes. It can be added to any plan. There is no subscription: each app has its own credits, bought once, and they never expire. A question costs about 2 credits.

These limits are per licensed site, because they are facts about a location. Nothing is quietly cut short: anything over a limit is refused or queued, with a note saying why.
“Unlimited” on a plan means no cap on how many you create; these resource limits still apply. Moving to a smaller plan deletes nothing: what is over is greyed out and left out of the app. Need more storage? Add 10 GB for $5 a month, or contact us.
Credits are separate from these ceilings: they belong to the account, not the site.
